Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the ular32 platform. Creating multiple accounts, using aliases, or registering under the identity of another person (including family members, friends, or business associates) is strictly prohibited. If ular32 detects or reasonably suspects that a User has opened more than one Account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, all active bets will be voided, and any winnings or bonus funds associated with those accounts will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your Account credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ular32 customer support immediately.
ular32 operates under an international gaming license and is required by law to verify the identity, age, and residency of all Account holders. As part of this legal obligation, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process before you can make your first withdrawal or at any time ular32 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the temporary suspension of your Account and the freezing of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is successfully completed.

ular32 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI); and instant deposits via the e-wallets OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ular32 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion services are provided.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For e-wallet deposits (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay), the minimum is Rp 10,000. For bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, the minimum is Rp 25,000. For CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, the minimum is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are determined on a per-transaction and per-day basis and vary depending on the User's VIP tier status. Standard maximum deposit limits range from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay) are processed instantly and credited to your ular32 Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits initiated outside of banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, and you must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests to verified BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted after 22:00 WIB or on Indonesian national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your VIP tier status and range from Rp 5,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. ular32 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bank transfer withdrawals. However, your bank may impose its own receiving fees, which are beyond ular32's control. Users are responsible for any third-party fees imposed by their financial institutions.
ular32 maintains strict anti-money-laundering controls in accordance with international AML standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before the funds can be withdrawn. ular32 reserves the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, or refuse to process withdrawals if a transaction pattern raises AML compliance concerns. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering or fraud will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
ular32 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, game contribution weightings, and expiration periods. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (also known as a rollover or playthrough requirement) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (higher odds contribute more).
ular32 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account if it detects or reasonably suspects bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other Users to guarantee profit, placing opposite bets on the same event, exploiting software errors or game vulnerabilities, or any other activity that ular32 determines to be contrary to the intended spirit of the promotion. Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse will forfeit all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may have their Accounts permanently closed.
Users may choose to opt out of bonus offers by contacting ular32 customer support. Once you have opted out, you will not be eligible to receive any promotional bonuses until you request to opt back in. If you do not wish to accept a specific bonus after it has been credited to your Account, you must contact customer support immediately before placing any wagers using the bonus funds.
All bets placed on the ular32 platform are subject to acceptance by ular32. ular32 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, particularly in cases where: the bet is placed on an event that has already started or concluded; the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a technical error; the bet is suspected to be part of fraudulent or coordinated betting activity; or the bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for that market. If a bet is refused or cancelled, the stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body or official data provider. For football matches, results are determined based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless otherwise stated in the market rules. For togel (lottery) draws, results are based on the official numbers drawn by the authorized lottery operator. ular32 will make every effort to settle bets promptly after the conclusion of an event, typically within 15 minutes for automated markets and up to 24 hours for manually-settled markets.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Users' Accounts, unless otherwise specified in the market rules. For live in-play betting, if an event is abandoned after it has started, bets on markets that have already been determined (e.g., "First Goal Scorer" when a goal has already been scored) will stand, while bets on undecided markets will be voided.
ular32 reserves the right to void any bet or correct any Account balance if an obvious error has occurred. Obvious errors include, but are not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to human or technical error (e.g., decimal odds of 100.00 when the correct odds were 1.00); bets accepted on an event that had already concluded; duplicate bets caused by a system malfunction; or incorrect settlement of a bet due to a data feed error. In the event of an obvious error, ular32 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Users and correct the error as quickly as possible.

Your Account will be closed immediately, and you will not be able to reopen it or create a new Account during the self-exclusion period. If you attempt to create a new Account while self-excluded, that Account will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.

If ular32 determines that you have engaged in any prohibited activity or breached these Terms, we reserve the right to take the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close your Account; void any open bets; forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings; withhold or confiscate any funds in your Account balance; report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursue legal action to recover any damages or losses incurred by ular32 as a result of your conduct.
ular32 strives to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, server failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond ular32's reasonable control. ular32 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform.
The ular32 platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming), sports data feeds, and odds compilers. While ular32 works with reputable partners, we are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures originating from third-party systems. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to ular32's Compliance Department by emailing [email protected]. ular32 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to you via email and/or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
